Meetings are open to the public. There is no cost to attend. All levels of users are welcome. The topic lasts 30-45 minutes. The balance of the meeting is open to general questions.

These user group meetings are Special Interest Groups of K.E.G.S. (Komputer Enthusiasts of Greater Seattle).

March 9 - Sales and B&O Taxes: How to setup, track and pay Sales and B&O taxes. Including new tax code feature and report changes.

April 13 - Budgeting & Cash Flow.  How to improve your bottom line and monitor your cash flow.  New budget features make it easier to create a budget.  Learn which reports can help you turn your cash flow from red to black.

May 11 - Job Cost: Using Estimates, different billing options, tracking costs.  Including new features of the QuickBooks Contractor Edition - Change Orders and Special Job Cost

June 8 - Financial Statements: Creating and understanding Financial Statements.

July 13 - Accounts Receivable Basics.  Invoicing, applying payments, adjusting accounts.  Statement charges.  Finance charges.

August 10 - Reports: How to create reports with the information you want. Memorizing and grouping reports. Using Excel with reports.

September 14 - Inventory: Setting up and using inventory. Adjusting inventory. Using purchase orders.  Groups vs Assemblies.  Price Levels.

October 12 - Accounts Payable Basics.  Entering and paying bills, using credit cards.

November 9 - Time Tracking: How to use time for job/project costing, invoicing and payroll. How you can use time for statement billing.

December 14 - Prepare for End of Year: What you need to know about payroll, W2s, 1099s and 'closing' the year.
